We cannot transfer tapes that contain mould or significant damage. During our visual inspection, if we discover mould or damage that would prevent a safe, quality transfer, we will contact you to discuss the situation.
Please note that as tape quality deteriorates with age and storage conditions, we will provide the best quality footage (audio and video) that we can extract from your original tapes. While we use professional equipment and techniques to maximise quality, the final output quality depends on the condition of your original tapes.
