Arabella and the Rainbow Children's Book of Verse and Prose is a Manchester Street School production. Arabella's parents have left her in the charge of her mean Governess, Miss Crabtree, while they travel overseas. Lonely and sad, Arabella finds solace in her cherished book. She wishes for real friends to play with, not only her treasured toys. Her father always said, "If trouble ever troubles you, just dream your cares away."

As she sleeps, Arabella dreams of colourful adventures and friendships inspired by her treasured book. Will Arabella's dreams come true?
