What’s the difference between Active and Archived projects?

Active projects are the work you’re tracking day to day. When you’re done, archive a project to move it out of the main view while keeping it available to search and revisit later. Archived projects don’t count toward the free tier’s active project limit.

How does the free tier project limit work?

The free tier includes up to two active projects at a time. Projects you’ve archived don’t count toward that limit. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited active projects and additional features described on the product page.

Can I use workflow templates and email templates?

Yes. You can create and manage reusable workflow templates to spin up projects faster, and use email templates for common client messages. Premium may unlock advanced template options—see the in-app or App Store description for your version.

Does Facilitator sync with iCloud?

Facilitator supports iCloud sync where available on your device and Apple ID. Ensure you’re signed into iCloud and that the app has permission to use iCloud in Settings if sync doesn’t appear.

How do categories work?

Categories help you group project types—such as Design, Writing, or Photography—so you can filter and stay organised as your workload grows.

Where can I learn more about Premium?

Premium unlocks unlimited active projects, advanced templates, automations, collaboration, analytics, export options, themes, and priority support—details may vary by app version; check the App Store listing and in-app purchase screen.
