Facilitator is designed so your project and task data stays under your control. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Data on your device

Projects, tasks, templates, categories, notes, and related settings you create in Facilitator are stored on your device as part of normal use. We do not operate a central database that receives your project titles or client details for core offline features unless you use optional services described below or in the App Store listing.

iCloud

If you enable iCloud sync, data may be stored in your personal iCloud account according to Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Apple processes iCloud data; we do not have access to your iCloud contents beyond what is technically required for the app to function on your devices.

Premium and online features

Features such as team collaboration, analytics, or exports may involve transmission of data as described in the app or App Store when you use those features. Use them only if you agree to how they work in your version of the app.
