How do I export my trip data?

Go to the Reports section and use the export options to generate PDF or CSV files of your mileage data. You can filter by date range and purpose before exporting.

Can I track multiple vehicles?

Yes. OdoLog supports multiple vehicles. Add each vehicle in the Vehicles section and assign trips to the correct vehicle when logging.

My data isn't syncing. What should I check?

Ensure you have an active internet connection and that the app has permission for background refresh. If using iCloud or cloud backup, check that you're signed in on all devices.

How do I add a new trip?

Use the New Trip button to log a trip. Enter start and end odometer readings, or use GPS for automatic distance. You can add trip purpose, notes, and assign the trip to a vehicle.

What's the difference between business and personal trips?

You can categorise trips as business or personal for easier tax reporting and mileage claims. Filter reports by purpose to see business-only or personal-only totals.

Is my mileage data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored locally on your device. Optional cloud backup uses your own iCloud or cloud storage account. We don't collect or share your trip data.
